What does 1OF1 actually handle?
We manage your vehicle project: build planning, parts and shop research, quotes, scheduling, transport, shop communication, independent inspection coordination and return delivery. Your engagement sets out the tasks, costs and approvals. Collection care covers ongoing appointments, preparation and records for one car or several.
Can I use the Garage for free?
Yes. Exploring and saving builds are free. Submitting a build to 1OF1 requires a $250 non-refundable planning deposit, paid before we review it. That covers consultation, research, a documented build plan and one revision within the scope.
Who works on and transports my car?
The specialist shops selected for your project perform the work. Carriers handle transport. 1OF1 coordinates them on your behalf, verifies provider insurance documentation and arranges agreed independent checks. You approve the proposed specialists and budget before work is authorized.
Does $250 cover the whole project?
The deposit covers planning. Parts, installation, transport, inspections and ongoing management are priced separately for your approval. If the project proceeds with 1OF1, the deposit is credited toward our management fee, not a shop or supplier invoice.
Can you manage a build while I’m elsewhere?
Yes. We coordinate projects in Southern California for local and remote owners. Transport, visits and inspection arrangements are defined in the management scope so you know who is handling each stage.
What if I only need help looking after my cars?
Contact us about collection care. We can coordinate maintenance, detailing, protection, preparation for drives and events, and vehicle records. You do not need to create a modification build to discuss collection care.
